Why pay monthly?

Your A$297 covers the website and the ongoing tools behind it: chat, missed-call texts, bookings, follow-ups and review requests. Hosting, care, small updates and a monthly results summary are included. We handle the setup and show you how to use it.

Are there extra charges or usage limits?

There’s no setup fee or automatic overage bill. SMS and AI have monthly allowances included in A$297. Your written plan confirms the amounts, small update allowance and what happens at the limit before you subscribe. Paid advertising, ad spend, ongoing SEO campaigns, an AI phone receptionist and unlimited redesigns are outside this package.

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

The 30 days start when your service launches. If you’re not happy, email [email protected] within those 30 days to cancel and request your refund. We’ll refund your first monthly payment of A$297, including GST, and stop future billing.

What if I already have a website, or don’t have one yet?

Both are fine. We can build your preview from your existing site or your business details. Your current website stays in place while you decide. Before launch, we check your domain, business email and where enquiries should go.

Will AI run my business or answer the phone?

No. The assistant chats on your website using information you approve. Review replies need your approval before posting. You handle personal advice, quotes and the work itself. Missed-call text-back sends a text after an unanswered call; it doesn’t answer your phone.

Will this guarantee more customers?

The tools help you respond and follow up, making it easier for interested people to take the next step. Results also depend on demand, your offer and how you handle enquiries. We don’t promise a set number of customers or a Google ranking. Magic wands are still in development.

Can I cancel later?
